After selecting your preferred puja and package, fill in the required details and add the puja to your cart. Then enter your billing details and complete the payment online using a credit card, debit card, net banking, wallet payment, or UPI.

After you place a puja order, we take your preferred date into account while determining an auspicious date and time (Muhurat), considering your birth chart to help align the ceremony with your spiritual needs.
Following a consultation with you about the Muhurat, we will email you the confirmed date and time of the puja, along with a list of Do’s and Don’ts, such as eating clean food and avoiding alcohol and meat for 24 hours. We will also inform you about the materials you need to keep ready for the online puja.
Once the puja is successfully completed, you will receive an update from us. We recommend offering prayers to your home deity, Kul deity, Isht deity, and the deity associated with your puja.
To help you perform your worship, we will also provide guidance on the appropriate worship time, the direction to face, and the Mool Mantra to chant during your prayers. You can participate in the worship from anywhere in the world.
Our network of selected temples includes temples that are at least 1,000 years old and are renowned for their spiritual significance and traditional remedial rituals.
We do not facilitate pujas at newly built or roadside temples.

Yes, you can request a change to your booking date and time, subject to our availability and ability to conduct the puja on the rescheduled date.

Yes, you can cancel a booked puja up to 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled online puja ceremony. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are not eligible for a refund.

All our pujas are performed individually for the devotee who has booked the ceremony, rather than as a combined puja for multiple clients.
If you would like your loved ones to be included in the puja, please provide their names and specific instructions when booking or coordinating with our team.
Depending on the package you select, we offer a live video stream of the puja or Havan. After booking your chosen puja, you can join the ceremony through the Google Meet or Zoom link provided in our email. On the scheduled date and time, you can watch the rituals being performed live.
